The navy suit is supposed to be a the corner-stones of well-rounded wardrobe. I have two navy suits that I rotate among, one in a true navy nailhead and the one depicted above, which is in a darker shade, closer to midnight blue. Because of the dark colour, I am not so fond of wearing it during daytime as I am wearing it at night, when the colour really comes alive. Nevertheless it gets the occasional office use as well.

Testing a brand new (for me :-) SC from Zegna made out of a super soft cashmere/silk cloth. I’m trying to determine whether I need to tailor it, but so far I’m really enjoying it.
Diametrically opposite of yesterday, lots of color and patterns….
